After a long time Aircel has a new internet trick. This is a new high speed udp protocol trick which is working for January 2015 and days left for this month. Previously both the tcp and udp 53 port was blocked nearly 2 months by aircel in most of the states. That was a nightmare for all aircel users. In some states udp 53 is still open. Now again a new open udp port has shown up with that you can use free internet like in udp 53. This udp port aircel internet trick is working in some states and its confirmed working in Uttar Pradesh UP East and its not working in West Bengal.
